We’re looking for someone who embraces ownership, enjoys the generalist nature of a small team, and, in return, will have substantial opportunities to co-design Specter alongside us—shaping both our product and engineering culture.

🛠 What Will You Be Doing?

• Work on projects on our roadmap, such as a revamped AI search experience or redesigning our complex filter experience from scratch
• Help guide our overall dev strategy through design, prototyping, and user research
• Taking ownership of products and going all the way from ideation to shipping features
• We're early, so you'll have the opportunity to participate in decision-making on the technologies we use, and you'll be influential in defining our engineering culture from the ground up

✅ Who you are

• Strong experience with typescript

• Experience with React (NextJS or Remix experience is a plus)

• An eye for design and passion for great UI

• Interest in helping shape the technical direction of the company, including vital architectural choices
